About Outlaw Addicts

Outlaw Addicts was conceived and created by Robert Wade, a long time fan of the Outlaw series of games by Hypnotix. During the time that Hypnotix was developing Outlaw Tennis is the time frame the tought about creating a fansite came up. At that time there were no Outlaw fansites to be found on the Internet. The base reason for creating Outlaw Addicts is to help spread the word about the Outlaw series of games.

The goal of Outlaw Addicts is to provide information about all the Outlaw series of games, the characters, codes, hints and tips as well as to provide a place for fans of the series to post their own creations based on the Outlaw games.

Robert Wade (aka Born4Sinn) Robert Wade came up with the idea of creating a fansite for the "Outlaw" series of games by Hypnotix. He is the main creator, editor and owner of OutlawAddicts, as well as the coordinator of the other staff members and contributors efforts.

Robert is (of course) an avid fan of the "Outlaw" series of games and the company who creates them. In all his years of gaming on various console platforms as well as the Personal Computer, he has never seen a company that cares about it's fans as much as Hypnotix does. They actually honestly listen to the feedback that is given them and incorporates it into the games they make. Hypnotix has also been known to put in references to some of their loyal fans from the forums into the games.

Moffster (aka Outlaw Bacon Historian) Brent Moffatt offered to help out the Outlaw Addicts Website by submitting the reviews and descriptions of the Outlaw games published to date.

Brent is a big fan of Hypnotix, owning games dating back to their first, " Wetlands". He picked up his first Outlaw Game (OG1) as a rental, and never returned it, choosing to purchase instead. The company cares more about input by fans, and responds more eagerly than any I have seen, including the writers and voice actors themselves.

Brent has had one short story published in the now defunct (I believe, anyway) "ARCANE magazine" based on an RPG called GURPS Supers.

Now for a little explanation about the Bacon thing - The first thing I did when I joined the Hypnotix Forums was describe the difference between Peameal and Canadian bacon - someone asked if I was some sort of bacon historian or something, so I changed my title to Outlaw Bacon Historian, and it kind of stuck (well that and Moffy).

Federalx
Federalx offered to help out on the Outlaw Addicts Website by creating the logo for Outlaw Addicts.

As you can see he is quite a talented artist. To see more of his art, cruise on over to ElectricSportsBra.com. However, be forewarned that it is an adult site with nudity. To keep up on Federalx's world, you can check out his blog, The Full Custom Gospel Sounds of Fedx2k5.

Ratings Ratings offered to help out the Outlaw Addicts Website by conducting the character interviews.

Hailing from the exotic lands of Ontario, Canada; Ratings has been a long time video game fan since he was three or four years old. Ratings was introduced to the Outlaw series after seeing clips of Outlaw Golf and Outlaw Volleyball on television. He immediately became a fan of the game's humor, action, and of course, the ladies. Currently attending Mohawk College, Ratings hopes that he'll become a writer and has already written a fanfiction featuring some characters of the Outlaw series. He also writes the questions for the Outlaw characters that you can find on the site.

Future plans for Ratings include a multi-part fanfiction featuring the Outlaws.

Now that's cool. Cool like Carlito...Caribbean...Cool.
